Welcome to Kitsap County’s newest and most electrifying All-Star Cheerleading program! After a successful first season, the Cascade Storms are back for season two! Come join our growing Storms family! Cascade Storms is looking for motivated athletes ages 6–17 who are ready to level up their cheer skills and compete in All-Star Cheerleading as part of our growing team! We will offer two rounds of tryouts for those who cannot make the first round.

 

ROUND TWO TRYOUTS will take place August 13th & 14th from 6-8 pm, & 16th from 10:30 am to 1 pm.

Tryout Information:

​

• Tryout Clinics: August 11th & 13th from 6-8pm   – Skill-building sessions to prepare for tryouts. 

​​

• Official Assessment: August 14th from 6:15-8pm  – Show off your athleticism, technique, and showmanship!

​​

• Location: CEGW- Flyers Building at 5603 NW Quantum Ct, Silverdale, WA 98383  

 

Tryout Registration Fee: $75 per athlete

 

Tryout Attire: White t-shirt, black athletic shorts, appropriate tennis shoes, and hair in a high ponytail

 

Evaluation Criteria: Athletes will be evaluated on their overall skill level and technique, athleticism and flexibility, showmanship and energy, teamwork and coachability, leadership and enthusiasm, stunting ability, jumps and tumbling, and confidence on the mat.

Team Capacity & Commitment:

• Each Team Size: Up to 30 athletes!

• Expectations: Mandatory attendance at all practices, competitions, and team events.

• TEAM Parent Meeting after Placements: DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED – Discussion of season details, expectations, costs, and commitments.
